Wormwood has been considered as a plant which has therapeutic properties, and this, since ancient times. Recipes dating from the year 1600 BC have been discovered, absinthe had the reputation to be tonic, stimulating, febrifuge (that makes the fever go down), to drive worms away, antiseptic, diuretic and to make the menstruations comes and regularize them. |
