The tasting ritual

Settle the spoon on the edge of a big high glass.

Put the half of a sugar or a sugar (depending on your preference) on the spoon, and pour one volume of ABISINTHE on the sugar.

Then, pour drop by drop the volume of cool water on the sugar to make it melt slowly.

What we advise (you can change the quantities in accordance to your preference) :
 


- 1 volume of ABISINTHE 45% vol
+ 5 volumes of cool water


- 1volume of ABISINTHE 72% vol
(or ABISINTHE AMER 72% vol)
+ 7 volumes of water




Now, you just have to taste. Cheers !
